WHAT´S GOING ON IN RETAIL®, 11th year in a row, comes to life on March 13.-14th 2024, boosted by new themes and elements. The key themes of 2024 include smart store concepts, AI in retail environment, accessibility of online services, measuring the success of pricing and promotions, as well as the importance of packaging design behind the success of the store's own brands.
TOP to TOP CONVERSATIONS will be organized for the first time, where retail decision-makers and the commercial management of suppliers will challenge each other inspired by presentations and panels.
As always, the speakers represent retail sales and marketing professionals from Finland and abroad.
